Happy Birthday Melina!
Melina A. Baetti. We’ve known each other for quite some time now! Our love of basketball brought us together and our friendship bloomed. Though we were physically separated for years by miles and seas, we remained friends. I am thankful for you and your friendship.
We recently celebrated Melina’s birthday with hot chocolate and cold ice. The celebration was at Park Tavern in Atlanta. We had a great time and surprisingly I didn’t fall while ice skating. There was great food, great friends, great company, and we had a great time.
I’m no Kristi Yamaguchi, but I held my own. Roswell eventually got the hang of it and skated well. Maria seemed like an Olympic champion. I’m delighted to see how we’ve all grown over the years. Happy Birthday Melina!!!!
Happy Birthday Priscilla
The birthday celebrations continued as we celebrated my sister-in-law’s birthday with a surprise party. She was truly surprised and the party was a major hit. The pictures speak for themselves. LOL
Wishing you a Happy Birthday Priscilla "Kita" Jones!!!
Happy Birthday Grandma
On December 8, 2012 we all gathered to celebrate my grandma’s 70th birthday. It took a great deal of planning and coordination but we all pulled it off. Grandma was so surprised…and it’s hard to surprise someone who’s so nosey! As she sat at the table designated for the Guests of Honor, she looked out in awe of the event. The children and grandchildren all came together for this momentous occasion. Grandma we love you!!!
Happy Birthday to Me
Life is beautiful, yet
life is busy! I recently celebrated my birthday. Thank God for another year!
The weekend was filled with food, friends, and loads of surprises. It all
began with a surprise dinner party with my friends and family. Thank you to
everyone who came out to celebrate with me at the Kani House. I sure do
love Hibachi! My husband orchestrated this entire thing! The
weekend wasn't over however. After a charitable event I had to host, I was whisked
off to Atlanta where I celebrated with friends and family in style. Hotel
rooms, bottles, Limos, VIP oh my! I will forever cherish these memories...even
to ones I don't have LOL.
Thank you again to everyone. Happy Birthday to Me!
P.S. Best birthday EVER!

La vie est bonne
Life is good. God is good. My husband and I recently
celebrated our second wedding anniversary by taking a trip to Paris, France.
This romantic city had SO much to offer and it was truly a whirlwind
experience. The beauty, the
architecture, the language, and the fashion are amazing. This is truly the city
of love.
Two years may not seem like a lot, but we celebrate each
moment together. I am happy to have such a wonderful man in my life…he’s pretty
lucky to have me too. LOL. What better
place to celebrate love than Paris?
Aside from the whimsical romanticism of the city, there are
some spectacular wonders that must be seen. Words cannot truly express the
beauty of the Louvre, the excitement of climbing the Eiffel Tower, or the splendor
of the gardens of Chateau de Versailles.
There is a great deal of walking, but it’s well worth it. The
underground train station is a God-send and is something that Atlanta should
invest in to cut down on the traffic.
Let us not forget the shopping that is up and down the Champs-Élysées. Prada, Gucci, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, H & M, and countless foreign shops. Shopping was definitely one of the highlights.
Thanks to everyone who helped make this trip possible!!!!
Besos,
Tionya and Roswell
